Product Documentation:

The product Documentation is a collection of files and subdirectories in a self-extracting zip file. Click on the desired product link below to download the zip file to your PC. You may select the "Run this program from its current location" (or "Open") option when prompted, or you may save the file to disk and then execute the file. The PKZIP extract dialog will appear. Enter a Destination directory (i.e. C:\BDSDOC), check the box "Display Messages" and click "Finish". One of the files extracted is INDEX.HTM, which is an index to the rest of the files.
